Websites for local businesses, built to get found
I refresh outdated websites and build new ones for business owners in Dallas-Fort Worth, and remotely for anyone. Every site is structured to show up in Google and in AI answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Two ways I can help
Website facelifts
Your current site looks dated or does not bring in calls. Keep your domain and what works, refresh the design, and restructure the content so it gets found.

A 5 to 10 page brochure site built from scratch, with one page per service, clear calls to action, and the technical basics done right from day one.
Learn moreHow it works
Step 1
A short conversation
We talk about your business, who you want to reach, and what your current site is or is not doing for you.
Step 2
Build and review
I design and write the site, you review it in your browser, and we adjust until it sounds like you.
Step 3
Launch and care
I launch it on your domain and keep it running. When something needs to change, you text or email me.
Why not just use Squarespace or Wix?
Honest answer: for some businesses, a site builder is the right call. They are cheaper per month, and they give you good tools. If you have the time and interest to learn them, you can build a solid site.
What I offer is different. You get a finished site, written and structured to get found, without doing the work yourself. And you get a local person who already knows your site and handles changes when you need them. You are paying for the result and the relationship, not the software.
Ongoing care
The build is a one-time project. After launch, you can move to a monthly plan that covers hosting and small changes: updated hours, a new photo, a new service. Email me the change and it gets done.

A sports photography site that is live today. I built it and I still maintain it. It is a good example of a clean, fast brochure site with one clear job.

What does SEO and AEO mean for my business?
- SEO (search engine optimization) is making your site show up when someone Googles what you do in your area. AEO (answer engine optimization) is structuring your content so tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews can read it and recommend you when someone asks them for help.
Who do you work with?
- Local business owners across Dallas-Fort Worth, and remotely with businesses anywhere. Most of my clients come from referrals.
How long does a project take?
- It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we can gather your content. Most facelifts and brochure sites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. I will give you a realistic timeline before we start.
What happens after the site launches?
- You can move to a monthly plan that covers hosting and small changes. You do not have to learn a dashboard or chase a support ticket. You contact me and I handle it.
